Journal of Pyrotechnics, Inc. publishes the following items:

  • The Journal of Pyrotechnics, a technical journal on pyrotechnics, including fireworks, pyrotechnic special effects, propellants & rocketry, and civilian pyrotechnics. Articles encompass reports on research, reviews, and tutorials. From 1995 to 2007 (Issues 1 to 26) the Journal of Pyrotechnics was published twice a year. All back issues are available. Starting in 2008, the Journal of Pyrotechnics is published - initially - in electronic form, and the articles are printed in one issue at the start of the succeeding year. All of the content is also available electronically through the JPyro Archive.
  • The Pyrotechnic Reference Series, reference works in pyrotechnics. Currently four books are available. A new book was added in December 2004, one was revised in February 2005, and a second one was revised and expanded in December 2005.
  • The Pyrotechnic Literature Series, reprints of collections of articles written by one author on many subjects, or collections of articles by several authors on one subject. Currently eleven books are available. Others are in process. The individual articles are available electronically through the JPyro Archive.
